The RM of Ellice–Archie administers all Building, Development, and Planning permit applications through the municipal office. Permit applications must be submitted and approved before any work begins.

To avoid project delays, please apply as early as possible. Although we make every effort to issue permits promptly, applicants should allow up to two weeks from the date of application to receive their permit.
