What Type of Permit Do I Need?

Not all projects are the same! Depending on the nature of your project, you may require a Development Permit or a Building Permit. If your proposed project does not comply with the requirements of the Zoning By-Law, you may also be required to submit a Planning Application for a Conditional Use or Variation Order.
