Barry has been a member of council for 25 of years. He served 16 years in the RM of Ellice (1990-2006), 4 years in the RM of Archie (2010-2014), and 5 years to date in the RM of Ellice - Archie (2014 - 2019).

Barry is an owner of Ja-Lyn Farms located in Ward 3 of the RM of Ellice - Archie.

Jean-Paul (JP) Chartier resides in the Village of St. Lazare. He has worked at the Nutrien Potash mine since 1975. Along with serving his time on council, JP is an active member in the community and sits on a variety of committees. 


JP has been a member of council for 10 years. He served 7 years in the Village of St. Lazare (1988 - 1990, 2002-2006) and 3 years to date in the RM of Ellice - Archie (2016 - 2019).

I have lived in the McAuley area for 8 years, but I have been familiar with the area all of my life as my parents farmed in the Archie district in the late 1950's.

I am 59 years old, have raised 3 boys and have 10 grandchildren. I work at Tiny Tots in Elkhorn, casual at McAuley's Post Office, McAuley Library (Kids Program) and in the McAuley Country Grocery & Cafe. 

I truly love our community and look forward to serving our constituents. 

Marla has been a member of council for 1 year, being elected into the RM of Ellice - Archie in the 2018 election.

Angelo was born and has lived in St. Lazare since 1959. He worked in the oilfield for 27 years, and has farmed since 1986.

Angelo has been a member of council for 9 years. He served 4 years in the RM of Ellice (2010-2014) and 5 years to date in the RM of Ellice - Archie (2014 - 2019).

Devon lives in the Village of St. Lazare and owns several businesses in town, including D'VOs sports lounge and restaurant.


Devon has been a member of council for 1 year, being elected into the RM of Ellice - Archie in the 2018 election.

Gab lives with his  wife on the family farm (AC Huberdeau Farms) in Ward 2 of the RM of Ellice - Archie.

Gab has been a member of council for 5 years, being elected into the RM of Ellice - Archie in the 2014 election.

Chris lives in Ward 3 of the RM of Ellice - Archie.


Chris is our newest councillor that was elected in the Municipal Election in October 2022.   Chris was previously employed by the RM as one of the grader operators and returned to being a full-time Farmer.

Cheryl has been a member of council for 1 year, being elected into the RM of Ellice - Archie in the 2018 election.
